MEET ISAIAH

Isaiah White is a proud CPS educator. Isaiah understands what it takes to provide a high quality education and he’s dedicated to ensuring Chicago’s kids have access to universal academic excellence.

As District 6A’s elected school board member, Isaiah will focus on building a CPS that works for all of Chicago’s children. He will protect what CPS does well and will work every day to hold it accountable to do better when it fails.

Isaiah will put great schools before politics, not the other way around.

Prudent Fiscal Management

Isaiah will only vote for balanced budgets that include full pension payments. He will reject loans to fund operating costs. Further, he commits to paying off CPS’s $9.3 billion in debt. It’s embarrassing and harmful to our students that CPS is the largest public issuer of junk bonds in the nation. Isaiah will right the ship.
