Building a county government
THAT WORKS
“I’m running to bring a moderate, pragmatic perspective to the Cook County Board of Commissioners.”
“District 12 residents deserve a consensus builder who will do what it takes to end inefficient spending, restore public safety, and improve service delivery.”

Isaiah began his career as a health policy professional. His experience spans county, state, and Federal governments in both legislative and executive branches. He worked on Medicaid reform in legislatures in two states and in Congress for Rep. Hakeem Jeffries. For the last two years he’s been an elementary educator with Chicago Public Schools.
As an educator and former foster child, Isaiah has witnessed firsthand the profound successes and deep failures of how the government delivers our services. Whether you are appealing your property taxes, finding a doctor on CountyCare, or are navigating regulations, Isaiah believes that interacting with government should be easy, fast, and painless; Isaiah will build a better Cook County government that keeps taxes down, makes taxpayer money go further, and delivers real public safety, all while ensuring that our social safety-net is strong.
Isaiah lives with his spouse and cat, Ford, in River North. And he loves every minute of it.
